YELLOW HOUSE

The house is built of a concrete construction with a strong ring beamed roof designed by a well-known local architect. 

The long driveway leads to the entrance of the house up and through the beautiful Antigua Green Stone steps then through the high ceilinged hallway into the open plan spacious kitchen / breakfast bar / dining and living room. 

With large sliding hurricane tempered glass aluminium framed sliding windows and doors.  Opening onto the large green stone sun deck at the front, with the rear sliding windows and doors opening into the shaded stone courtyard.

Collectively making it a  beautiful large open area for entertaining space.

 The windows can be opened to adjust the perfect breeze through the house and through the seasons. It has attractive timber cool high ceiling construction and tiled floors  throughout the house to give a light airy feel.

The master bedroom has the same beautiful views of the sea as do all the bedrooms with practical large built in wardrobes and an ensuite shower/toilet. Adjoining the master suite there is a multi-function study/dressing/spare/kids/sofa bedroom with a built in wardrobe.

The top guesthouse is up a few steps from the rear courtyard with again the same beautiful view of Falmouth and out to sea, has ensuite shower/toilet (possibly the best view of any water closet), built in wardrobe and has its own private patio/terrace.

The lower guest room accessed from the courtyard down a level by stairs also has a beautiful terrace and is directly under the upper sun deck. It has the same views and large enough to be self-contained with ensuite shower/toilet.
